Sascha Lewandowski RIP

Sascha Lewandowski who joint managed Bayer Leverkusen with Sami Hyypia for a while has been found dead at the age of 44. He was advised to leave his job with Union Berlin in March due to acute fatigue syndrome. By all accounts he was the better part of the partnership with Hyypia, and considered a very good coach, Hyypia certainly struggled when Lewandowski went back to managing the Leverkusen youth team.
