Seriously, what's the point? They speak Italian, they use the Euro, and they're totally landlocked by Italy. Whatsmore, they are defended by Italy owing to some ancient agreement. Good job really, I'm sure Italy would be shitting it at the thought of a community of 20,000 taking them on.

In fact, I think the only reason it exists is to embarrass Stuart Pearce. Mind you, the chance of playing international soccerball at a big foreign ground is probably an opportunity we'd all have liked.

Its a tax haven innit.

I was there in July, its much nicer than Italy, but too many hills to walk up

We skirted around it last year on our way to our VILLA.

How is it "much nicer" than Italy? Is it richer?

I guess its just cleaner, a bit cheaper, and the buildings and feel of the place is much better. It is full of tourist tat, but still a nice place to visit. The people are alot friendlier than the Italians too

I guess my opinion may be biased abit as the trip invovled staying in Rimini, which is a whole of a place. Not like any of Italy, more like the worst parts Magaluf or Ibiza.
