Albion*boss Sami Hyypia has the hump with his side’s early struggle in the Championship.
But he believes the Seagulls’ situation is “not that bad”.
Albion have entered the international break in 19th spot and return to action against fifth-placed Middlesbrough at the Amex on Saturday week.
Two league victories out of 11 under his command have left Hyypia determined to oversee an improvement.
The Finn told The Argus: “I want to win every game, that’s my target. I am working hard for that and if we don’t win I’m not happy.
“I am very ambitious and I want to be successful. That drives me on. Where we are in the table now is not very satisfying for me.
“Things are not that bad but in this business the result counts. It doesn’t matter how you play, if you get results you are the best manager in the world, if you don’t get results then you are the worst.”
Hyypia is confident his methods will bear fruit following a run of four draws in a row.
He said: “That’s the way we want to do it and I guess the players are enjoying the way we want to play. Of course, they would enjoy it even more if we won games with this style but I am sure it will come.
“If we keep working hard and concentrate on the training pitch I think we can turn these draws into wins soon.”
Albion have three games, including two at home, to improve their position in the table before resuming their Capital One Cup campaign at Spurs in the last 16.
The test against Boro is followed by a trip to Huddersfield and the visit of promoted Rotherham.
