I've just seen on the news that Ryan Giggs has pulled out of Wales friendly this week with a hamstring injury. He managed to last 90 minutes at the weekend as well! Hopefully he'll be fit for the weekend. Get well soon Ryan! :jester:

Ohhh look, Roy Carroll (Of Man Utd) has pulled out of the Northern Ireland game, what a shock!!!

Freddie Ljungberg has also pulled out of the Sweden game but he was hobbling slightly when he went off Sunday.

Same happens to Scholes and the Nevilles usually as well although for the latter I am glad it happens. Now just have to work out how to make it happen to Heskey.

Appears to be a Sacndinavian disease as well - Freddie Ljundberg is out as well.

But as mentioned, you can bet the likes of Pires, Vieira and Henry will play a full part ofr France.

Blimey, next you'll be telling us that Sol Campbell isn't fit for the forthcoming England friendlies, but miraculously is still able to play for Arsenal in the meantime.

THat'd be a turn up for the books...

But surely the best one is the fact that Harry Kewell can't travel to Australia to play for them because of his swollen ankle syndrome. Poor old Harry, must be a real blow.

Is it not a stupid f***ing time to have a friendly for all the home nations.

it is the run in to the end of the season most players have titles relegation, europe promtion and playoff games to come for there club and dont want to risk injury in the mick mouse games where sven will sub 36 players and then piss off to Chelsea.

The scottish team have div 3 relegation battles to fight as well.

i would not want any of the boys playing internationals at a crtical time as this.

off my soap box now

International duty should come before club duty . . . .it should be the law, punishable by death . . . .that should sort out Manure for a start :lolol:

Is anyone from Arsenal, Man Ure or Chelsea playing for their country this week? Even Gudjohnsen has pulled out of Icelands game. Mind you, can't blame them when they are in a champs league semi next week. I'm sure we wouldn't want our players risked in a friendly at this stage of the season if we were in the same position

Makes the games completely meaningless. However, Jones must be pushing for a place on the Wales subs bench now? :lolol: :lolol: :lolol: :lolol:
