Very much so. I had the money saved up, but felt that the cost was just not justified. I could buy a top band season ticket at the AMEX for the price of that one single match.

I think seeing a Rugby World Cup match at the AMEX would mean just as much.

That's what I was thinking. If you're only going to go and see one top-class egg-chasing game in your life right on your doorstep, might as well go and see one of the top sides in action.

On Radio 4 this morning it was said that England v Australia had something like 650,000 applications, more than for the Final!

Overall 50% of the available tickets across the tournament had been sold.

Amex games were 2 of the 23 that went to a ballot in every price category after general sale so fingers crossed I've got some for at least one of the games there!

I've gone for all the England games, the Amex SA game and the final but set a limit of only winning a maximum of 2 games.

I genuinely can't afford it if I get the world cup final tickets! That will make this month interesting!

While seeing South Africa would be good, the USA and Samoa will be a much better game and they both have some outstanding players

Pah....the amount of people that have bought 4 tickets, on the eve of the match them Samosa tickets will have the same sell on value as a ST in the family stand for a midweek match.
