Bobby Zamora is on the bench for Albion at Ipswich today.
The hero of the Withdean era could enjoy the first run out of his second stint at the club after undergoing a stringent fitness programme.
Meanwhile the Seagulls have handed Liam Rosenior his first Championship start for the club - back at on one of his former home grounds.
The former Hull, Fulham and Ipswich man comes in on the right hand side of midfield for today's Championship clash at Portman Road.
