As a north stand resident so miles away from the dugout, it was interesting seeing his staff close up. They looked elated and appreciative of our love for their work.

'Brighton in Europe bigger than title win for top-six club'
Brighton's first qualification for Europe is "more prestigious than winning the title" with a top-six club, says manager Roberto de Zerbi.www.bbc.co.uk
"This is more prestigious than winning the Premier League with one of the big-six teams," said De Zerbi.
Brighton's excellent season has seen De Zerbi linked with a number of big clubs, including Tottenham Hotspur, but the 43-year-old Italian is adamant he wants a long stay at the south coast club.
"It is an honour to be the coach of Brighton and work with these players. I want to stay a long time," he told BBC Radio 5 live.
"The truth is I don't want to lose this group because I am enjoying work with them. [They are] a group with a big level and I don't want to lose this. I am lucky to work with them and be here at this moment.

I was looking at Hillman Imps the other day, really want to get one of the fast-backs - californian. They are like hens teeth these days. What a great little car, so much fun. Would get squashed by one of your wankpanzers these days though. For me there was one problem with Potter - The Cult of Potter, backed up by 'Are you Barber in Disguise'.
Were it not for these dozen or so posters we could have had a (slighty more) balanced debate on the fella.
But with them in tow, we were unable to write 'i like him, but..'.
There was no room for nuisance, questions or criticism, you were in or you were enemy of the state.
When we lost to nil, it was the other team while on the occasions we handsomely won it was 'see, see he's the Messiah, ha I bet you're feeling stupid now'.
Beyond those posters I think many were annoyed that he went, angry about how he went, but the bottom line is we wrote off a VW so to make us feel better daddy instantly went out and bought us a Ferrari.
The 'but...' that was constantly shouted down as impossible and not with these players was 'but... can't we just do 'it' quicker'.
It turns out we can, while buzzing with character.
I can't imagine what it must be like to have a poorly maintained Renault taken away only to get back a punishment replacement Hillman Imp (look it up kidz)
To be fair, that's nothing on Sarmiento's dark cream trousers, cream shirt and leather cream jacket comboRichie Reynolds, nice guy, but he really needs a stylist. That godawful cream jacket.
Is old Jack still going?!!!Jack Hargreaves on camera!!!!!
Fantastic interview today from the boss. We're bloody lucky aren't we!
Apologies if fixtures, but this is good...as are all his press encounters
If this is true, its massive isnt it...According to reports in Italy, he's just turned down an approach from the Napoli chairman.
