Saw him live at Butlins 60's weekend. Barry island, 1986. He had just been released from Gloucester Jail. Did a lunch time session in the ballroom that was indifferently received until he muttered the famous [to us] words; 'you want Diamonds? You got it!' RIP old rocker!
