Violent conduct charge for Reyes

Arsenal 1-1 Sheffield Utd
Bergkamp makes red card appeal
Arsenal's Jose Antonio Reyes has been charged with violent conduct by the Football Association following their FA Cup tie against Sheffield United.
Television pictures appeared to show the Spaniard shoving his hand into the face of United defender Danny Cullip.

The incident was not spotted by referee Neale Barry, who sent off Dennis Bergkamp for his part in the melee.

Reyes, who faces a possible three-match ban, has until 1800 GMT on Tuesday to contest the charge.

Ah but did anyone spot Cullip pull Ljunberg over at the edge of the penalty area in an off the ball tussle?

I did. I am totally blinkered however. If it was anyone else I'd be anti- him, but he's one of my favourite players PLUS it was Arsenal and their obvious attitude.

I do hope he avoids any problems over that 'stud in head' thing with Fabregas....I do think it was intentional... :)

Arse deserve to get beaten, their attitude was so spoiled and arrogant.

They looked like they thought they were through after their goal, and only had to stroll it until they could get to the dressing room

Please Sheff U, spank the shirty foreign ponces.

I don't it was intentional. It appears he is trying to land on the other foot.

I do think he was giving the Arsenal blokes some lip though. I love the 'arms wide open and I am innocent look' he gives the refs though.

His goal should never have been disallowed.

Shut up, that was shocking from Cullip, studs out on someones face (I don't care who it is) is just pure moronic.

Agree with Redland, I never liked his 'look how hard I am' thuggish attitude. Legend he may be but I always though him as a bit of a bully especially towards the younger and less physically strong players.

It's similar to when we play non league sides in pre season friendlies where they are not the same class so they try to kick us around and plenty of us moaned when that happened.
