Once threads have been removed, should people be allowed to post new threads asking whether people think it was correct for them to have been removed? Or do we just accept it?

as a sensible answer to the question, its better if threads arent removed to avoid this, instead lock with a reason so people who were following them feel less inclinded to start a new one.
