Tony has asked me to take over the organisation of this and I would be grateful if whoever wants to play can PM me with their name and contact details and a definite commitment to be there.

We have paid a deposit to hassocks of £50 and we obviously need to cover this with firm numbers.

I think we have the number's our end but I am unsure what numbers they have or who is organising it their end.
