Looks like the Albion will be playing West Brom, Norwich and Palace next season. Norwich are poor and Saints have enough quality to stay up for sure.

He may have a point. I haven't seen anything all season from either Norwich or West Brom to suggest that they are going to do anything other than drop straight back down.

The final relegation place therefore looks to go to one of Southampton and Palace, hopefully the latter but it could be either.

Falmer, soon...
I hope the Stripey Nigels stay up.

They've done extremely well with only a few additions to a squad which was struggling 18 months ago.

Fair play to 'em I reckon.

If I'm honest I'd rather Saints go down. To young to really hate Palace although I do hate them and want revenege. Although Saints would be awesome as I'm living in Soton.

Sadly knowing the individual who posted this he wasn't even pissed as he has given it up for Lent. He actually believes this!

Im puzzled as to why most Brighton fans actually want us to go down. Surely you dont want another mauling at Fortress Selhurst?

I can't help think back to the end of the 2000/01 season, where we were rubbing our hands together and foaming at the mouth at the prospect of playing either Pompey or Palace only for both of the f**kers to survive!

I'd rather play you lot in the Prem but until we get Falmer we'll have to make do with the Championship!

It's a win-win situation. If Palace stay up, we'll just have to wait one more year to thrash them and 5,000 of us will make do with a trip to St Mary's next season.

If the Nigels go down, then Johnson will be sold and we'll slaughter them.

Palarse vs Southampton. Saints last away game of the season. Can anyone see Southampton winning that one?

Saints are managed by a puce faced windbag who freely admits that this is his last job in football, with a team full of foreigners who'll be off at the end of the season. And Peter Crouch.

Palarse are a bunch of scrappers and fighters managed by a very ambitious man with a face that looks like it was hit by a meteor back in the jurassic era. With a bald bloke up front who's second top scorer in the Premiership.

Are we all going to take the coast train to Southampton next season then?

If Palace did go down then i'd be worried about them doing well next season if they kept hold of Dowie and spent some of that parachute payment.

If Southampton go down Redknapp will walk and about half the team will be released or sold. Lowe has said several time before that would up shit street without a map if they went down. I reckon they'd emulate Wolves perfomances this season.

The only thing with Saints is I have a lot of time for the some of their supporters who are involved in SISA and the Ugly Inside. They were supportive to us in 1996/97. However most people in the city, certainly from a footballing point of view are inbred's with a stupid accent.

But I would still rather be playing Palace to Southampton next year.
