Just been watching some of their game against Valencia.
How can a team with as many supossed world class players fail to string more than 3 passes together. Personally I thought they were kack. It was like watching MLS, but you expect that quality of footie in MLS.
IMHO the standard was poor for what many people belive is one of the best teams on the planet, in one of the finest leaques.

Or am I missing something ?

Think your missing something - they will totally outclass everyone this season.

With Zidane, Beckham, Figo etc they is just too much quality there.

i agree with seagull usa here theres to many stars in this team and not enough team spirit, this has been highlighted with the recent outburst by claude makalele would alex ferguson put up with roy keane saying he wanted his wages upped 4 times cos he had to work a bit harder?

dont think real can be under rated at all, they have brilliant players and they did well last season

That was my point lads. They do have some of the finest players in the world [Figo, Ronaldo, Becks, Roberto Carlos, Raul, Zidane.], and on paper should out class most teams with ease.
So why weren't they ?
