We spoke to two that day (during the LDV locked-gates debacle in the lower tier) who could not speak English. They were simply bodies in bright jackets to meet the necessary number required to stage the game. A joke, and a potentially dangerous one at that.

The first time I've seen the Police get involved due to safety issues (admittedly they were laughing at first but soon stopped).
