Oh yeah, result. at least I can look at you when Wayne is doing my head in.

I wouldnt listen to Tinx if he was standing next to me shouting into my ear through a megaphone. Tinx doesnt know his arse from his elbow, and he drinks big gay drinks.:jester:

As promised lads - pub and parkign details - Roasting not allowed.

They also serve beer (£2-25 pint) in the ground as well.

There is also a pub built into the outside of the ground that also opens on non matchdays, 'The Chery Tree'.

By Rail
The closest station to the ground is Pokesdown, which is a 15 minute walk across Kings Park.

Car Parking
Parking at Dean court is not usually a problem, with a huge car park next to the ground.

Wetherspoon's 'Mary Percy Shelly' in Boscombe High Street, at eastern end of pedestrianised section near Ashley Road. This is a good, big pub with cheap food and jugs of beer. Fan friendly, but you may have to take off your colours to get in."

The Queens Park Hotel
This pub is the closest to the ground (3 mins walk from the ground) and is located on Holdenhurst road. There is a good mix of home and away fans, and rarely any trouble. The is good beer, snacks and rolls on matchday, a big screen TV, and a great atmosphere.

The Portman
Located in Ashley road, this pub is a 5 minute walk from the ground. The pub is away fan friendly, with a few home fans. Big pub, food, and good beer.

The Dolphin
Located in Holdenhurst road, this is a good pub for anyone travelling by train. It's a big pub, with loud music, and was described as 'very trendy' - so you pay a fortune for American bottled beer.

The White Horse
This one is idea for supporters travelling by train, as it's located at Pokesdown Station.

I thank you

Good work that lady.

I reckon The White Horse at the station of a few, then on to either The Portman or The Queens Park Hotel.

that wetherspoons is a disgrace!!!

I've tried to help people out but I give in now....the only place to go before the match is the town centre...just stay out of BOSCOMBE. The ground is a 5 min bus/cab journey from town centre.

Boscombe=shit hole pikeyville
Bmuff town centre=vibrant, nice, affluent young people

you takes ya choice!!!

If u have to drink near the ground go to Queens park

PARKING

whatever u do, DONT park at the ground park at the free car park opposite fitness first or fitness first car park (they dont check) it is a piece of piss to get out of after the match

Horsham Town
I work with a guy who used to live in bournemeouth and he reckon boscombe is just full of students and its a bit of a shithole but its ok.

I tinhk Wetherspoons for grub and some cheap booze to get pissed and then the potman.

Dwayne you're too much of a snob, its football its not meant to be classy.

Its only a problem if you want to leave as sson as the games over parking at the ground, we're gonna go for a few bevvies after o we'll be fine getting out after that. :clap2:
