I was there in the North Stand in 1970 something when Ken Beamish managed to fall over the ball from a foot out and miss an open goal against Notlob (aka Ipswich Town). Still vividly remember the miss, unusual as I was normally standing in the Chicken Run but decided on North Stand for that match. I think we won 2-1 but it still goes down as one of the all time misses.
