Based on what the the radio commentary says, our lads didn't look out of place and matched the millionaires with little difficulty.

That was the best we have played all season. Really raised our game and matched them all the way. First half we were the better team and really unlucky to go in a goal down. From where I was there seemed to be a foul just before their second goal as well. Really thought we were going to bring them back to withdean. Oh well great day out :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2:

Just travelled back home on a train full of Spurs fans. Loads of praise for our performance, their view was that we outpassed, outfought and generally outplayed them. They were all very relieved that Keane's bit of class saved them.

Lads were awesome. Great atmosphere too.

A replay would have been nice but at least we didn't get knocked out by 3rd Division no-marks like we usually do.

Superb performance, work rate was awesome and players such as Hinsh, Harding and Knight didn't look out of place in the slightest at this level. The latter in particular looked particularly impressive playing against Premiership players - we were forced to play on the floor and down the channels, and Leon thrived on it.

Just got back, awesome performance. If not for a moment of individual brilliance by Keane we would have been taking back to Brightpn.

I agree, still in a state of shock at how great we were. Mayo was brilliant and the way we played our way out of defence was first class. Who was the Premiership team?

Absolutely fantastic day out. Easily the best Albion performance I've seen this season; and you know what, it was difficult to tell who the Premier League outfit was for much of the game. Let's hope we can take this into the league eh!!

We were FANTASTIC!!!!!

After my unsuccesful application i managed to blag my way into an executive box full of spurs fan through a work contact.

So proud of the lads ability, let alone effort. We were class!! No differnence between the Spurs millionaires and our fighters. So impressed that we did not just defend and try to stop them playing. We went for it from the off and showed them no respect at all, we did not need to as we have the ability that McGhee is trying to convince the players that they have,.

I'm surprised as I viewed a two goal deficit defeat as a relative success after seeing the spurs team sheet and I'm now dissapointed that we didn't get the win we deserved now. Mind you, what about that Kiupers save in the second half!!! Quality!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Richard Carpenter hitting the bar!
Michel Kuipers amazing save!

Marvellous Scenes.

This is the best Albion team I've ever seen. The Div 2 Promotion team was very good but weaker opposition. Awaits old gits who went to Wembley :jester:

Great day out, the atmosphere was great, all of our players were superb especially Hinsh, Reid, Knight and Chippy. We were unlucky to lose but I was very proud of the players :clap2:  :clap2:

We played very well but I am glad I don't support Spurs.

They were totally bereft of any ideas today, mind you Jol has produced results so they cannot be that bad.

Defence wise we were neigh on faultless today - if we defend like we did today at Sheffield United we will be guaranteed a point at least.
