We've all had our say over how the Seagulls will get on, but what of the other promoted sides in Sussex - there were quite a few last season. Will Lewes hack it in Conference South? How will Crawley fair in the Conference? Worthing in the Ryman Premier?

Should be an interesting season for those teams also. What do you think?

From press reports, Lewes seem to be investing in Conference South survival.

Bearing in mind the route they took to get there from the Ryman First Division (winning a play-off tournament against Ryman Premier League clubs and the concerted efforts of the Ryman League hierarchy to fudge the rules and make it almost impossible to achieve what they did), they deserve to succeed.

But jumping up two divisions is a hell of a leap and it could be a challenging season.

We'll get a clue tonight.

I think Eastbourne Borough's season will be all about survival. They have a decent enough squad and are getting good attendances as well as the fact that the club is run well and brings in loads of money from the social club and the bowls but there are a lot of decent London sides in that league. They have the quality to consolidate and maybe prosper in the future but, much like the Albion, their season is all about making sure they are in the same league next year.
