Does anyone know a reputable property surveyor in the Eastbourne Polegate Hailsham area to do a level 2 house survey and some idea of what they charge, price estimates seem to vary and as its not an everyday thing we do , we don't know who to trust and what we should be paying , any advice would be much appreciated thanks in advance

We used a company called Housemartins in Seaford to do ours in 2020. We paid £550.
Happy with the comprehensive (25 page) report.
