Despite having signed up to the automatic cup ticket scheme, by yesterday I hadn't received any confirmation and couldn't see anything on my account on the website. Called the club this morning to find out that although I was signed up, there had been a problem with processing the tickets. I don't have my usual seat, but managed to get tickets elsewhere.
Not a whinge - just thought others might want to check their accounts to make sure they definitely have tickets.
