After receiving the details of the pre match food offer in an email and also reading it on the club website I purchased my daughter a Hot Dog and a Soft Drink last night and was charged £5.50 at the till point. I queried this with the server and said that the deal for this match pre kick off is £5.00 but she said she new nothing about it. She called a supervisor over and she also said she had no knowledge of the deal so I had to pay the full price of £5.50.
Please can you explain and find out why there seems to be an ever increasing breakdown of communication between what the club is offering and what Azure are charging the supporters. I'm sure that people are getting fed up with the way the catering is run and the lack of choice week on week. Last night in the ESU 45 mins before KO the only things left were Steak Pie and Hot Dogs, lucky my daughter not a vegetarian?
Surely this must be losing the club valuable revenue as it must make people think twice about making a purchase?
