Gonna be a hot weekend so i'm off to the beach to check out topless totty and watch a few fast boats roar past.....with beers.....marvelous scenes.

blurb:
Powerboat P1 UIM World Championship is coming to Brighton on 24-25th July. The British Grand Prix is a two-day event and involves up to 18 high performance powerboats in racing which is clearly visible from the shoreline. The Race Boats are a minimum of 30’ in length, are mono hull, twin engine, open-top and are crewed by up to four Pilots. Over the Grand Prix weekend, teams compete in an Endurance race on Saturday and a Rally race on Sunday.

The event is free to view for the public, and race organisers, in association with Brighton & Hove Authorities, have identified the coastline between Madeira Drive and Hove Lagoon as the best viewing points over the weekend. Racing on both days starts westwards towards Brighton Pier at 2.30pm.

I bet the boats will be miles away from the shore. Best take some binoculars (handy for the topless totty then as well).
