I'm still really curious as to how you envisage such a system to work.

In relation to points for speeding, should someone who drives 1000 miles a year get the same points as someone who drives 30k a year the same offence?

Should speeding points accumulated on a motorbike count against an hgv driver when you have to take a separate driving test for them?
