I had the misfortune today of coming across on TV her barrister giving that final smooth/compelling address. The essence appeared to me to be that ITK middle-management, lawyers and Fujitsu throughout the decades, not once informed Vennells and her fellow executives of any misgivings, miscarriages of justice, program bugs or the ability to access to alter Horizon remotely.
Top judges are incredibly bright people. I've confident the report will condemn that version of events.
