Thats why i dislike it so much though, it is so far removed from our well loved iconic stripes but then i suppose i am an old fart & wouldnt buy a shirt anyway. The new shirt is probably a marketing decision & not a nostalgic throwback to a favourite era.(although the current one is a throwback to the all blue strip)
If you look back through the history of our kits you’ll be surprised by how often we’ve worn block colours or pin stripes instead of the thicker stripes like the Bukta kit.
