Players not going on tour........

For those who are not going on tour, would theybe classed as the players in the "development team"? ( apart from those who are injured ).

I saw Marcos Painter at Brighton Station this afternoon, CRYING HIS EYES OUT, on the other side of the barriers, saying goodbye to his missus before he flies out to Portugal with the squad, and she then jumped on a train to London Victoria....bless him!

To get the thread back on track. Whing hasn't gone to Portugal which is very odd given he's played a part in the friendlies so far and we've let Jimmy & Tunni go. Doesn't give any reasons in the Argus etc..., just that he's not there and he may be in a team of scholars against Kingstonian later in the week.

I don't understand either. On Friday he looked up for it, seemed fit, worked his socks off with his overlapping runs, was giving plenty of encouragement and didn't hold off his tackles - one in the second half was a real blood and guts challenge.

Surely Whingy still has plenty to offer particulalrly when the only other RB is on his way back from injury?
