Having just got back after that complete rubbish, the worst moment of the match came after the final whistle.

Danny Cullip, as he always does, came over to us to acknowledge our presence, and the fact we travelled a round trip of 400 miles, spent a fortune and completely wasted a Saturday. Whilst he was applauding us, he then realised that he was the only one there.

He then angrily ran across the pitch to the other wasters, started pointing his fingers at them and then they realised that the Brighton fans were in the corner of the ground, and "that I suppose we ought to go over to them and clap our hands a couple of times at them". Shameful.

Infact, for nine of them, it was the most energy they exerted all afternoon.

Angrily....

They did clap their hands for quite a while (in fact more than they did at Peterborough)

I didn't waste my Saturday. Yes we were poor and yes we deserved to lose but it wasn't a waste of time.

I am going to Notts County and I'm driving down to Brighton next weekend to watch the Bristol game.

We do need sorting out Beach Hut I don't deny it but to read some of the comments on this site tonight you would think we were about to go out of existence again,

Lincoln were good today. We were beaten by the better side.

Once the players work out exactly what McGhee wants them to do (and adjust to it) we will be better (with loan signings too)

I haven't written us off yet.

It was a very depressing performance today,I understand what you're saying Yorkie about not wasting your day but it was a long expensive journey for us to make today to watch a very inept display.Lincoln were the better team and did play well at times but we didn't compete or ever really get into the game.I would normally back the players but I felt today they had no excuses for lack of effort and pride.Harsh but true words.I always thought it was going to be a hard tie and would have been happy coming away with a draw but we never got going.I also know the ridiculous penalty decision put the players out of their stride and gave Lincoln the perfect start,but that doesn't excuse that performance.
I will be going to Notts County and QPR .
