Sitting in the car a bit bored now but a quality day! Not sure how to leave line break but here goes... Kuipers: some good saves but didn't help team with a nervous first few mins 6... Calderon: like him, defended well, generally calm and comfortable on the ball 7... Virgo: man of match, strong defending, good tackling 8... Elphick: went to ground for their goal but did ok. Goal makes him a 7... Mcnulty: fair game, had his hands full, not much chance to attack 7... Bennett: not his best game but generally neat and tidy 6... Crofts: works hard but saw little of the ball 6... Navarro: under-rated player, no he's not going to beat 3 men and score but he is neat and tidy on the ball and helps us to keep possession well. Also worked hard and made some interceptions 7... Dicker: not his best game, looked nervous at the start, got caught a few times 5... Forster: terrible effort when through on goal, not his best today but took goal well 6... Murray: held up ball well and some nice touches 7. Subs: cox did well and made an impact 7, carole and dickenson worked hard but not much of the ball 6 each. Ground and day out 10!

What game were u watching Navarro is shite and contributes nothing to attacking play at all and gave the ball away just as much that Dicker did!

Kuipers 7; some excellent saves and great handaling.
Calderon 7; attacking, solid and exactly what we need.
Virgo 8; outstanding with some fantastic challenges.
Elphick 7; scored but needs to focus for 90 mins.
McNulty 6; out of position and beaten down the right every time. Though it was Ashley Young.

Bennett 7; good attacking play, surprised to see him taken off.
Navarro 5; overweight and slow. He can pass a ball 10 yards if he's lucky.
Crofts 7; slightly quiet but posses' excellent control and passing.
Dicker 6; great passing and skills, no left midfielder.

Forster 6; got a late goal but struggled to do anything really.
Murray 8; fantastic and is certainly a great assest for us, MotM.

Cox 7; really good as every pass found a man.
Dickinson 7; strong and direct, great tracking back.
Carole 6; welcome back Sebby, he'll run around in circles all day with no end product, could be a decent winger though.

 

[BUTTERBALL]

Kuipers 7; Couple of world class saves and generally good handling.

Calderon 7; Looks a really useful addition to the squad. V.solid.
Virgo 8; outstanding first half, back to his best of a few years ago.
Elphick 6; good goal but looks very very slow.
McNulty 6; I think they should play him in midfield. Constantly out of position and beaten too easily. Looked very composed and comfortable going forward although too casual at times.

Bennett 6; generally good, worked hard but does not always use his full range of skills.
Navarro 8+; Best game for the club. Ran the show first half.
Crofts 6; Worked hard and played well in first half.
Dicker 6; Out of position but showed some classy touches.

Forster 6; good goal but well shackled by the defence generally.
Murray 7; Showed his class but could have done better on a couple of occasions with a bit more composure. Could play at a higher level.

Subs:

Cox 8 (for Navarro); Not on for long but caused them problems with his passing. Definetely better in the middle.
Dickinson 7 (for Bennett); Worked very hard and tracked back to help out but no real chances.
Carole 7 (for Dicker); Pleased to see him back and I think he could do well as an impact player.
