play off away goals?

okay, first time poster/long term (now oz based) member, finally got off my bum to contribute or at least ask something after the trauma of yesterday.


Do away goals count in the event of a draw over the two games against Wednesday? seems to me to be one of those rules that varies by competition and is frequently changed, but apologies if I'm just being dumb.
