Pictures - please please tell me how to post them

I need step by step instructions as I am a dimbat!

I got as far as right click mouse, go down to properties and then........ tried highlighting but it comes up with the website.

Get the url of the picture from Properties.

Go to the reply bit on here.

Click the IMG button and paste the url into there.

Post.

Easy.

high light URL
copy and paste URL into IMG (above)

right click on the picture you want to post. Select properties, then highlight the URL right click and copy.

When posting it into NSC select Img then paste the copied URL into that box.
