Has just left MK Dons after not agreeing a new contract.
Weren't we in for him before? Could he cut it in the championship?

Yes and No. We did sound him out before he joined MK Dons but not sure that he would be good enough to be a regular in the championship but could take over from Kish as our experienced midfielder as and when needed if we could afford him.

undoubted ability to hold and carry the ball forward which is what we need but maybe lacks pace - got a bad injury at the end of last season and won't be fit for the start of the new season - might make it difficult to take a gamble on him.
