As a former scout and leader myself I was very interested to see this appointment. How refreshing to have someone in charge who actually capable of having some adventure.

when I say "FACT" I mean there were many allagations regarding him fiddling, but in those days that sort of thing was swept under the carpet. so nothing was proven in a court of law.
