Agreed. He was one of our best players when we last played in the Championship. Particularly around the time we played at Spurs!

Would be tempted to offer him a month-to-month contract and see if he can stay fit, ditto Hinshelwood. A fit Reid offers a little more creativity in central midfield than Thomson, and better cover at right-back than El Abd could offer.
