It appears that patience is wearing thin with the FA, and the House of Commons will now debate bringing forward legislation against the FA which could result in the removal of £30m worth of funding towards grassroots football from Sport England.

If the FA are not reforming, why potentially punish the area of the sport that is in need of support and funding the most?

BBC reporting that part of the discussion will involve payments the FA makes to the PL and whether that is viable.

Probably because it's the only area where the Government can withhold funding.

not sure i like the idea of government getting involved in the FA, for its faults, where would government do any better?
