Once again we can be proud of ourselves. What a great showing we had today - it must have been going on three thousand. While on the pitch we didn't always have too much to get us excited, we made so much noise from start to end that McGhee will surely have no doubts that he's made the right decision coming to The Albion.

This was my last game before I fly away and it was a good one to go out on. It was just like the North Stand used to be, and reminded me how watching football should be. :clap2: I'm going to miss it!

I thought the "We all agree, Willy Wonka's a wanker" chant was superb when their 'Posh' mascot came round the pitch just before kick off

The Posh Offal site usually shows the away support figure, but it isn't there yet.

I'll be very surprised if you had 3000 there. The middle of the terrace was packed but the sides were fairly empty, my guess is 2200.

Nice flag:clap:

Reading Posh - you must be congratulated on your away stand. It's simply the best stand I've been in since The Goldstone.

:clap2:

Top stuff and it really made the day.

Isn't it amazing how a decrepid 50-year-old stadium can have retro appeal?

The away end now officially holds more than the home end because its exits allow quicker evacuation. I've sat few times in the new stand, but there's nothing like a steamy, loud and swaying sing-song behind the goal:lolol:
