OT-Advice needed, new broadband ISP needed

Sorry to truble you all but I have reached the end of my theather with Btopenworld. To cut a long story short I have been with email for two weeks now and also with without broadand for 12 days thanks to my ADSL modem going on the blink. Trying to get sense out of them is impossible and I have had enough.

Can anybody recommend a 'good' ISP for Broadband. I'm so pissed off that I would even consider AOL but I know there are better alternatives. Suggestions welcome please.
