Do you believe that Micky Adams will get offered another job from a Premiership team? Is he good enough?

He has been at Leicester three years and all I saw yesterday was a bunch of once useful journeymen on a last pay day. Wouldn't you expect to see some good youngsters coming through if you were a Leicester fan? Being a good manager means building for the future, MA does not appear to be doing that, or am I being too harsh?

Did Micky Adams have anything to do with the youth here?

It was up to Wilkins/Hinshelwood to bring on the youngsters and if they were good enough Adams would give them their chance.

What I meant was shouldn't he be trying to build a team with younger players who will get better rather than old players who will not. Not necessarily from Leicester's own youth team but spotting up and coming players with other teams? For example Coppell and Kitson at Reading.

If he does get Leicester promoted he will have to go out and buy another team

Which is what he had to do this year.

Football fans are impatient. If Leicester don't get promoted this year Adams will fear for his job.

Buying younger players will bode well for the future, not necessarily for this season.

If Micky gets booted out by Leicester he'll have to re-build his career all over again. He was on his uppers when we rescued his career; nobody else wanted him. He put together a championship winning side for us, dragged us up the divisions and deservedly re-established his reputation.

Now it all appears to be going wrong for him: no support from the fans and lack of commitment from his players. Add to that Alan Cork as your assistant and it all looks gloomy for MA.

Hope it all works out for him 'cos he was great for us and got the Albion bandwagon rolling again.

Would'nt it be funny if Adams was sacked before their next game, would mean losing to Albion was responsible for two Managers losing their jobs.

I've certainly been surprised at the turnover of players at Leicester since MA has been there. While this has been dictated to a certain extent by promotion / relegation and Leicester's financial situation, I would have expected him to put more value on the benefits of a having a nucleus of players who have played together for a while and who know each other well. Team spirit is very important and talent can be wasted without it.

It wouldn't be funny-I think most Albion fans only want good things to happen to Micky Adams for the great job he did for us whilst he was with us.
