online tickets - 'undefined error (L)' when checking out

anyone know why i am getting this 'undefined error (L)' when checking out, and more importantly what i can do about it?

mentioned in another thread that someone else has selected the same seat as you and managed to get in first so you have to select another seat.

or you don't have 60 loyalty points (for Leeds/palace) or you are trying to buy a ticket for one of your friends and family who doesn't have 60 points

I think but could be wrong, that error L means you don't have enough Loyalty points for your purchase.

Very very few tickets being shifted for Leeds and Palace so far, suggesting that the 60 loyalty points restriction was a bit ambitious
