Online season ticket problem

I'm having a problem with the online season ticket renewal - anyone else having the same problem?

I'm getting into the system with no bother, but when I get there it is only giving me the option for the three year ticket. Any ideas?

I called the ticket office yesterday.. there is NO option for 3 years if you are a new 3-yearer.. not sure if it's available for renewing 3 yearers...

They did the details on the phone for me
