Go to My Leagues, and Create League.
Invite people to the league with their gamertags.
Simples.

Username = NSC league
Password = Goldstone
What now
If people go to leagues, join league, type the league name, abbreviation and password, they'll be in the league. then you invite the other people to games accordingly

I suppose like with other leagues it could just be a "play whoever's online at that moment in time" sort of thing.
And i'm guessing we're playing 2 fixtures against each person.
