Negativity on the morning of a game - what could be the motivation from a new member of NSC ?

Sorry lads - i was only looking over the stats and was surprised ! No negativity meant!! 3 - 1 today btw x

It's a fair enough comment. If we only win 2 of our last 11 games but remain unbeaten we won't get into the playoffs, which I guess is what most people are hoping for. I think we will get better, I don't mean we're bad at the moment, once the loan players have had a couple more games and a first choice 11 starts to gel. Btw if we go unbeaten but only win 2 more games I will still think we've had a very good first season back in the Championship.

Why does your 'unbeaten in 2012' exclude cup matches yet your 'one win in the last 6' includes a cup game? In the last six league games, we've won two. Not so bad. In the last seven, we've won three. Pretty good.

Firstly, it's two wins in the last six (Leeds and Ipswich), secondly we're still doing well in the league table. Whilst you could well exclude Birmingham due to their two games in hand (although a game in hand isn't automatic points), we're only one point behind Blackpool who many see as serious promotion contenders, and have played the same number of games as us.

The OP has a valid point though. Whilst it's nice to say 'twelve league games unbeaten' (or whatever it is) in terms of points a win and a loss is better than two draws. I think Huddersfield suffered last season because they drew too many games.

People who say, we are playing championship football next season so be happy with that...I'd never want a person like you managing my club or in any side I ever played in. What a loser mentality.
