We've had the 'betting against your team' debate before, but what about this Turkey game? If I was a neutral I'd be piling in on Turkey, we look a shambles going into this game and the pictures of our players in the papers today show that they could not be in a worse mental state, the body language is terrible.

Head v heart, best prices Turkey 11/8, draw 11/5, England 9/4.

I just don't see Turkey scoring. Our defence aren't world beaters but they won't need to be.

If anything I'd go for England to pinch a win but the draw is reasonably priced.

I hate to say it but I've been thinking the same thing. If we lose the players will blame the FA and have a ready made excuse for thier poor performance. I can see nothing other than a Turkey win. However, I got my fingers burnt over the Roy Keane affair in the World cup lumping on Cameroon to beat Ireland, so its not a lost cause I suppose.

Hills were offering 7/5 yesterday which is slightly better than 11/8
