ON Line Ticket Help

Sorry if this has been covered before, but is anyone else having trouble booking tickets online. When trying to confirm my selection a message appears saying a maximum of one ticket for this match can be purchased......currently fan **** has 2 booked or purchased , I assume 1 is my season ticket seat and the other is the current 1 I am booking. Very confused, does this mean STH cannot book additional tickets. Again appoligies if this has been answered already and I know I can just ring the club but If anyone could give me a quick fix solution I would be most grateful.

IMO the online ticketing system we have now is not as good as the one it replaced.

Maybe teething problems, time will tell........

I called in the ticket office to moan about the system the other day and they told me it had been fixed. Try again?

am having simular problems with it. unable to select a member of friends and family for additional tickets. yet worked fine on mates account.

hope its sorted soon.
