On Line Purchasing

Hello Paul,

Is there some form of technical help line for on-line purchasing as I cannot add my son (STH) to my friends part therefore cannot purchase a ticket for him, keeps advising does not recognise post code.

Also when I spoke to the ticket office they advised they had to activate a child account (which they did) however if I try to buy a ticket in his account for the Everton game I can only buy an adult one yet he is an U12.

Any ideas
