old varndeanians youth- help needed

right, this is the situation,


we are currently connected to old varndeanians f.c, one of their players was our manager, and everything was hunky dory.

then that twat of a manager, quit(because he was a lazy sod) walked out, meaning we had very loose connection to the mens team.
we played a season as old varndeanians youth, but the mens team have now decided to stop us from using the name.

this means we are completely been screwed over- it causes no inconveniance to them at all if we use the name, but it means we cannot play at all,

now we have 2 options from here:-

plead with the league to let us change the name(as we can easily run the club by ourselves)

or change all our officials lists, and keep the name

what should we do?

Get in contact with the League straight away.

Explain your situation and I am sure they will understand your predicament

They are normally very understanding in these matters,but dont hang about as they need to know what teams are ready with at least 11 players signed on by the end of August!

we have about 20 players and it would be a big shame if they were all without clubs
