[Football] Old / New Albion fan in Watford?

Driving round Bushey Arches, Watford this lunchtime when I spotted this Brighton flag hanging randomly on a fence.
Any ideas NSC profs?

Who it belongs to?
My spidey-senses are saying that it belongs to a man named John.
Judging by how pristine the flag looks, I'm going to hazard a guess that he's an over-zealous, new half-season ticket holding JCL. That, or his Dad owns a laundry.

Curiosity got the better of me last week.
I popped into shop that backs onto fence where I saw this flag.
Asked the question who it belonged to.
Turns out that it was in memory of an Albion fan called John Wheedon
, who had passed away recently and was a close friend of the shop owner.
