well that's generally what happens when you turn your ankle, you hyperextend the joint thus stretching or tearing the ligaments. Usually the ones on the outside of the ankle.

A sprain to you or me. Hopefully it's only minor.

I have seen Piercey play almost a full game at Rotherham last year and wasn't impressed.

Having said that Butters also played in that game and didn't impress me much either but he has improved greatly.

Perhaps it is down to attitude
