Brighton & Hove Albion striker Shamir Fenelon and left-back Adam Chicksen have both agreed one-month loan deals.Forward Fenelon has joined League Two Dagenham & Redbridge until March 28th while Chicksen has gone to League One play-off hopefuls Fleetwood Town until March 29th.
Albion boss Chris Hughton commented on the deals saying, “It's important for our younger players' continuing development that they play as many games as possible, at the highest level.
“Adam has the opportunity of games in League One, where previously he did very well during his time at Gillingham.
“Similarly with Shamir he will get regular games with Dagenham in League Two, after a good spell at that level with Tranmere in December and January.
“We will continue to monitor their progress, and it is a great opportunity for both players to gain senior experience at a crucial stage in the season for both clubs."

The temporary move is Chicksen’s second of the season having impressed during a one-month spell with League One Gillingham in November.
The full-back has made ten appearances for the Seagulls this season, the last of which came in the 1-0 win over Brentford in the FA Cup third round last month.
Fenelon’s deal is his third loan spell of the season, and fourth of his career. Having spent four months at Torquay United last season the 20-year-old joined Rochdale on a month’s loan in August, making four substitute appearances.
After returning to Albion the forward was on the move again when he signed for League Two Tranmere Rovers in November on an initial one-month deal, which was then extended until the end of January.
Fenelon hit two goals in thirteen games during his spell with Rovers and has made three senior appearances for the Seagulls, all coming at the start of this season.
