Ian Buckman’s side began their second phase of fixtures in emphatic fashion, as a hat-trick from Reece Meekums and a goal each from Archie Davies and David Ajiboye secured a superb win.
Meekums got Albion off the mark in the 11th minute, after the forward headed home at the far post from George Cox's dangerous delivery into the box.
Davies scored Albion's second after he latched onto Ajiboye’s perfectly-timed through ball, and executed a fine finish to put his side two up before half-time.
Albion started the second half just like the first and were awarded a penalty in the 61st minute. After some brilliant build-up play from the defence, Thomas Byrne’s pass was met by Ajiboye, who was fouled in the box.

The latter scored the penalty and was then substituted with a goal and an assist to his name.With the game coming to an end, the goal rush was just beginning. A good passing move from the Seagulls broke down, but was recovered very quickly and another Cox cross was finished by Meekums to make it 4-0.
The Canaries hit back almost immediately through Diallang Jaiyesmi, before Meekums completed his hat-trick to make it 5-1.

The hosts had the last word though, as Rui Da Costa made the final score 5-2 to Albion.
