Albion boss Gus Poyet makes three changes to the side that beat Hull City 1-0 on Saturday with Vicente, Will Hoskins and Will Buckley all returning to the starting line-up.
Spaniard Vicente came off the bench to score the match-winner three days ago and he has been rewarded with his first start at the Amex this season, while Hoskins has been named in the starting XI for the first time since 15th December; Craig Mackail-Smith and Andrea Orlandi drop to the bench.
Buckley has fully recovered from a hamstring injury and starts at the expense of David Lopez, who has also been named on the bench.
Bruno also starts despite being withdrawn during the second half at the weekend.
Meanwhile, Michael Appleton makes one change to the side that beat Ipswich 1-0 on Saturday, with DJ Campbell making his first start since joining on loan from QPR; Morten Gamst Pedersen drops to the bench.
Blackburn come into the game on the back of three consecutive clean sheets and are unbeaten in four in all competitions, including a recent 1-1 draw against Albion at Ewood Park.
